The Monkees was an award-winning musical comedy series about misadventures of quartet pop rock band finding their way and success in music industry. Meeting various tv and movie stars, the band have to adapt their knowledge and talents along with them as well as in performances and off-camera matters.
Robert Michael “Mike” Nesmith, David Thomas “Davy” Jones, George Michael“Micky” Dolenz, Jr. and Peter Halsten “Peter Tork” Thorkelson were The Monkees, their extreme talents and performances are featured in music comedy show making
people laugh. They encounter interesting events and tying-up their country-folk-rock songs in these fast-moving comedy series. The Monkees tv series original ran was from September 1966 to March 1968 in two seasons with 58 episodes.
