The Wonder Years - Award-Winning Drama Comedy TV Series

The story that depicts the real life; happiness, changes, traumas, problems and enjoyment that everybody experienced. The series goes as Kevin reminisce and narrates his teenager junior high school life who encounters puberty, deal with ups and downs, take adventure and hanging out with his girlfriend Winnie and geeky but cool best friend Paul. Old Kevin narrates how their friendship goes up and down, face many problems such as health issues, break ups, confusion and misunderstanding but they always keep trust for all things they share and honesty to the one they love.


In the final episode, Kevin and Winnie got deep argue about as their relationship got worst due to third parties. The elders who help on that day drop them off the heavy rain for them realize what's happening and discuss how things change and remember the things they've used to share. In the final epilogue, Paul went to Harvard for college while Winnie ends up studying Art History in Paris & writing up with Kevin for the next eight years. Old Kevin narrates when he greet Winnie as she comes back to US, accompanied by his wife and his infant son and tells:


" Growing up happens in a heartbeat. One day you're in diapers, the next day you're gone. But the memories of childhood stay with you for the long haul. I remember a place, a town, a house like a lot of other houses, a yard like a lot of other yards, on a street like a lot of other streets. And the thing is, after all these years, I still look back, with wonder."


The Dramedy story of The Wonder Years was created by Carol Black and Neal Marlens and won multiple awards from Emmy, Golden Globe, Humanitaz Prize and many more. Run six seasons with total 115 episodes aired from 1988 to 1993, a perfect example real life adventure.

The Blossom family comedy series created by Don Reo about bright sassy girl and her daily life around at school and at home with her charming musician father and two sweet elder brothers.


Blossom Russo starred by Mayim Bailik, a 13-year warm, intelligent, sweet sissy girl in her wild imaginations. When her mother left them to pursue her career, her father Nick working as session musician was left to raise and exemplary father to Blossom and her elder brothers, eldest Anthony recovering from drug & alcohol addiction and stereotypical jock naïve Joey. Blossom usually hang-out with her sweet, fast-talking best friend Six LeMuere as her partner in crime and trouble, but with Blossom's wild fantasy, she always get advices from scenes with famous celebrity in her mind. As Blossom grow up, she made her beautiful and fair person together with her growing family, her father remarries again to Carol with now step-sister Kennedy while Anthony married to Shelly and soon new baby joined their family.


Blossom teenage sitcom completed 5 seasons of 114 30-minute episodes aired from January 1991 to May 1995 on NBC.

8 Simple Rules for Dating my Teenage Daughter was a drama sitcom created by Tracy Gamble, a series about couple living in Detroit Michigan raising their three children with the rules:


  1. Use your hands on my daughter and you'll lose them after.

  2. You make her cry, I make you cry.

  3. Safe sex is a myth. Anything you try will be hazardous to your health.

  4. Bring her home late, there's no next date.

  5. Only delivery men honk. Dates ring the doorbell. Once.

  6. No complaining while you're waiting for her. If you're bored, change my oil.

  7. If your pants hang off your hips, I'll gladly secure them with my staple gun.

  8. Dates must be in crowded public place. You want romance? Read a book.

Paul Hennessy with his wife Cate and their two daughters Bridget and Kerry and son Rory simple living a simple family life implementing 8 simple rules, not only good for dating but also for family relationship. One morning Paul went to grocery store to get milk, he suffered a massive heart attack. Cate now find herself in precarious position raising their three teenagers while holding her full time nurse job in nearby hospital. Her father Jim separated from his wife was there spending days for home improvement and giving little relief, guidance and comfort for his grandchildren while Cate's wayward nephew C.J. moves in sharing trouble humors and questionable advice to the kids.


8 Simple Rules completed 76 with 22-minute running time episodes in total of 3 seasons aired from September 2002 to April 2005 on ABC.

Felicity TV Series

Felicity tv series created by J.J. Abrams and Matt Reeves, a story about college life experiences of shy and beautiful Felicity Porter making it through in a rough and difficult four years in University of New York just to follow her since high school crush Ben Covington.

Roseanne was one of the most successful high rating and award-winning sitcom series of the late '80s and the '90s. Won awards from Emmy, Golden Globe and American Comedy and enjoy top 5 from Nielsen ratings for most of it's seasons (first 6) by incredibly tackling poverty, alcoholism, narcotics, sex, obesity, feminism, domestic violence, homosexuality, etc. in a different honest way unlike other shows. Roseanne Barr's breakthrough performance as an overweight, dominant yet smart woman with her stand-up comedic and very encouraging persona make reference for women to speak their minds, while her working class family was considered the closest to reality, showing life don't have to be rich, blond, thin or whatever to be funny and make people laugh.

Despite of being bossy, loud and dominant, Roseanne Harris-Conner was a wise-cracking, loving and hardworking mother for their three kids and lovable wife to her tough husband Dan Conner and living in Lanford, Illinois. Raising the oldest rebellious boys lover but bright Rebecca, middle tomboy child in her sarcastic wit Darlene and the youngest adventurous David Jacob, Roseanne balanced enough her time for everything especially for her family and even dealing with hardships of poverty and troubles, they face it with humors. Roseanne's underachiever but warm intelligent sister Jackie join their family, the series ends Becky and Darlene married and having babies while Roseanne and Dan have their baby in their forties, named Jerry.

"The Courtship of Eddie's Father" - The Comedy TV Series

A remarkable TV series of early 70's showing the family values in finding happiness, completeness and fulfillment with every member's need. The Courtship of Eddie's Father developed deep relation showing not only looking for someone to be new member of their family but also relation between father and son.

Every boy needs a mother...even if Dad has to marry her!

Based on 1963's Film and book written by Mark Toby with the same title, The Courtship of Eddie's Father TV series also gained popularity and respect in small screen and theater. A drama comedy story about a thirtyish widowed father Tom Corbett took responsibilities in raising his young son, Eddie, and pursue a normal life and with help of their housekeeper , Mrs. Livingston. Tom, a magazine photographer, try to date women around him but his freckled-faced, six-year-old son Eddie attempts to reinvigorate his father's love life and disapprove with the women his father interested in; showing Eddie's special penchant for his father to get romantically involved with prospective brides which led the series to many warm and comic moments. Tom with patience and understanding, guides his small son through the difficult life lessons of growing up while Eddie taught his father the memorable lessons they've together, turning the series into courtship of father-son and their love affair. Mrs. Livingston, on the other hand served as mother figure to Eddie and has important role as a very diplomatic and dependable with full of sage advice to Tom.

A funny TV show, including the characters Tina Rickes, their company secretary) and Norman Tinker, a radical photographer. Glenn Ford as Tom and Ron Howard as Eddie, showed good chemistry in father-son relationship and bonding in The Courtship of Eddie's Father TV Series, aired from September 1969 - June 1972, completed 3 seasons with total of 72 episodes on ABC, now on DVD.

"Due South" - Adventurous Dramedy

Due South TV police dramedy created by Paul Haggins, was a Canadian-made series (also award-winning in Canada), succeed with high rating series both in US, UK and Canada, one of a kind show being canceled too early (only 3 seasons in US and 4 seasons in Canada).

Due South is a story line of a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (Mountie) Benton Fraser moved to Chicago to investigate and solve the murder of his father. Fraser was accompanied by a white deaf Inuit half wolf named Deifenbaker, who lost his hearing when icy water burst his eardrum but have ability to read lips, and Fraser adopted him after saving his life. Fraser after solving his father's case, he uncovered a plot of a company who builds dam but slowly killing the environment and soon the company was shut down. Fraser decided to stay in Chicago, worked for Canadian consulate, made friends local police and partnered with a tough, streetwise and cynical cop, Detective Ray Vecchio, together they fight crimes but entirely confused on each other's way of doing things. Fraser with his supernormal detective abilities, being a polite country boy, morally centered,trusting introvert characteristics confused Vecchio's extrovert, sharp dresser, street-wise and city boy attitude, but the two got along famously; they've derive comedy in outrageous plots and their incredible on-screen chemistry.

Due South was premiered on September 1994 and it's last episode on season 2 aired May 1996 titled "Flashback" where Fraser lost his memory on his after being thrown from the speeding van of diamond thieves. Ray race to get Fraser's memory back and to solve the case (Fraser to remember the van's license plate), Ray recounting to Fraser the times and friendships they have together.

Judging Amy TV Series

A story about three generation women living together as they confront the personal and professional dilemmas in their changing, challenging lives. A real-life story about single mother Amy Madison Gray raising her young daughter Lauren, be a Family Court judge and live with Amy's opinionated mother Maxine in Hartford, Connecticut. Amy have to re-establish & balance her new life with her relatives and new friends and also her love life. Judge Amy make name for herself by her unusual methods, sentences and stubbornness but sometimes get her in trouble. Last episodes Amy quits judiciary and run for U.S. senate and try to prevent passing laws ending the juvenile justice system.

Main Characters:
  • Amy Madison Gray, played by Amy Brenneman - After divorcing her husband, Amy Gray returns to her childhood home with her daughter and becomes a judge on Hartford's family court, trying to go on with her life. Balancing her new job, her family and trying to rebuild her love life isn't easy, but she keeps trying.
  • Maxine McCarty Gray, played by Tyne Daly - Amy's widowed mother. A social worker for DCF (the Department of Children and Families), she retired once but returns to the job at the start of the series, and she's willing to do whatever it takes to help the children in her care, even bending the law. She's an opinionated, strong willed woman, very set in her ways and capable of holding long grudges (she hasn't spoken to her brother in over 12 years) but loving to her family.
  • Vincent Gray played by Dan Futterman - Amy's younger brother, with whom she has always been closest.
  • Kyle McCarty played by Kevin Rahm - Amy's cousin, the son of Maxine's estranged brother Richard. A former medical student who was expelled because of problems related to his addiction to drugs.
  • Peter Gray, played by Marcus Giamatti - Amy's older brother. He inherited the family business from his father and he's good at it, even if it wasn't his first choice in life. He's a good but grey man who sometimes surprises people with some outbursts.
  • Gillian Gray, played by Jessica Tuck - Peter's wife. A controlling woman with a good heart who completely loves her husband. She is usually well-meaning, but also often obsessive and nerve-wracking.
  • Lauren Cassidy, played by Karle Warren - Amy's daughter, 6 years-old at the start of the series. A mostly well-adjusted girl going through the pains of childhood and pre-adolescence with divorced parents but a loving family. As a young girl, she struggles over her father's relationship with Leisha, whom she likes at first.
  • Bruce van Exel, played by Richard T. Jones - Amy's Court Services Officer, who eventually becomes her friend. The series addresses a number of issues of their cross-racial friendship and how each feels differently about it.
  • Donna Kozlowski, played by Jillian Armenante - Amy's clerk. An eccentric woman from a wealthy family, from whom she's estranged. Donna is intellectually a genius (she finishes her law degree in one and a half years) but socially awkward.

"WKRP in Cincinnati" - Award Winning 1978 Comedy hit TV Series::.

An American comedy series of misadventures of the staff in a radio station in Cincinnati, Ohio. The series runs from 1978 'till 1982 took its finale. WKRP also won Humanitaz Prize and nominated for 10 in Emmy's.

The story plays as Arthur Carlson trying to rebuild his mother's failing business with his incompetent skills in business field but succeed with the help of his strange employees. Together with ideas, running gags and different gimmicks of his staff compose of a Wild Disc Jockey, a Venus Flytrap, a geeky News Director, an obsolete Advertising Sales Manager, a shy Journalism Major, a pretty Receptionist and a Firm Progarm Director work together and brought back the business to success into the restaurant.

"Married With Children" - 10 Years Drama Comedy TV Series

10 year comedy tv series about not so typical mid-class American family of Al Bundy, a dysfunctional chaotic white trash family. Al from being glorious high school football star turned into hard-luck shoe salesman married with uneducated housewife Peggy with two children Kelly, a very attractive, promiscuous but dim-witted daughter and Bud, an intelligent but girl-crazy son. Even the family live in failures, falseness and being losers, Bundys are not quitters, they still stays together as family.
Major Characters:
  • Al Bundy - Father Bundy Family, his proudest moment in life was running for four touchdowns in a single game, grant a college schorlarship but he got his girlfriend pregnant, married her, broke his leg, and ended up a shoe salesman. Al's hard-luck is practically doomed to fail in everything he does because of the 'Bundy curse' yet he continue to pursue his family.
  • Peggy - Al's wife, a high-school drop out, tartish, uneducated housewife known for her large red bouffant hairdo, 1960's clothes. She loves to watch talk shows and shopping.
  • Kelly - Bundy's the oldest child, Al often calls her, is a promiscuous bimbo and stereotypical dumb witted but attractive girl.
  • Bud - Bundy's second child, a very intelligent and unpopular guy, he is girl-crazy but generally fails in his attempts to get with women.
